Terms of Use

Introduction

These terms govern your use of SiteAgent AI's website and app (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you use the Service for an organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm you are authorized to do so.

1. The Service

SiteAgent AI measures how AI assistants describe and recommend your brand, audits your website for AI readiness, and helps you act on what it finds. Features differ by plan (see Pricing). We may improve or change features; if a change materially reduces a paid feature you rely on, we'll give notice.

2. Accounts

Keep your login details safe and the information in your account accurate. You are responsible for activity in your account and organization, including by members you invite. Tell us promptly at support@siteagentai.com if you suspect unauthorized use. You must be at least 16 to use the Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• track, crawl or audit websites you aren't authorized to analyze in this way;
• connect Google or other accounts you aren't authorized to use;
• break the law, infringe others' rights, or use the Service to send spam;
• try to access other customers' data, get around plan limits, security or rate limits, or disrupt the Service;
• reverse engineer the Service, or resell it without our written permission.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules, with notice where reasonable.

4. Your data

You own the data you put into the Service and the data it produces for you (“Your Data”). You give us permission to host, process and display Your Data only to provide and support the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export and delete Your Data as described there. We may use aggregated, de-identified statistics about how the Service is used to improve it.

5. Third-party services and AI output

The Service works with third-party services, such as AI assistants, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Stripe. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms. AI assistants' answers change over time and can be inaccurate. SiteAgent AI reports what they say; we don't control it. Recommendations, scores and AI-generated suggestions are guidance, and you decide what to publish or change.

6. Plans and billing

The Free plan is free, with the limits shown on the Pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime in Settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

7. Our intellectual property

The Service, its software and its design belong to SiteAgent AI. These terms give you a right to use the Service, not ownership of it. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't guarantee any particular result in AI assistants or search engines.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, SiteAgent AI won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100 if greater.

10. Ending these terms

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend your access if you materially break these terms, or if we stop offering the Service, with reasonable notice so you can export Your Data where possible. Sections 4, 7, 8, 9 and 11 continue after termination.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which SiteAgent AI is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by the courts there, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them elsewhere.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we'll notify account owners at least 15 days before it takes effect; continuing to use the Service after that means you accept it. Contact: support@siteagentai.com.
